OFFPAD Reset

The OFFPAD Reset application enables organizations to reset many OFFPADs efficiently.

Requirements​

To use the OFFPAD Reset application you need have the following:

  • A Windows laptop with admin privileges and USB-C cable
  • The OFFPAD Reset application installed

How it works​

The OFFPAD Reset application does the following:

  1. Prompts the user to connect an OFFPAD+ using a USB-C cable
  2. Prompts the user to touch the fingerprint sensor on the OFFPAD+ to confirm the reset
  3. Performs the reset
  4. Prompts the user to connect the next OFFPAD+ to reset

Installing​

Download and install the OFFPAD Reset application from the Microsoft Store.
