I cannot get my OFFPAD to charge on my wireless charger​

You have to position your OFFPAD device as suggested in the above picture. Just wait a few seconds, and the OFFPAD display will switch ON showing the battery gauge with a dedicated icon. Battery Icon

The OFFPAD is not responding when I try to register a new fingerprint​

Try to restart your OFFPAD and restart the "add fingerprint"-operation.
